Taylor County Emergency Notification System

Sign up here for Taylor County Alerts! In the event of an emergency, an alert will be sent to the phone number(s) you provide and/or your email address.

This is a free service provided by Taylor County, however, normal message fees may apply. To receive text messages to your cell phone, your cell phone must have text messaging capabilities. Notifications are dependent upon external providers (phone carrier, cell phone, email). Taylor County cannot guarantee notifications will be received by the intended recipient. By registering below, you will not receive unsolicited calls, and neither Taylor County, nor its system vendor sells the contact number database.

In order to receive both text and voice alerts, you must enter your cell phone number twice. Select the “Text” option the first time and the “Voice” option the second time.

Alerts sent from Taylor County Emergency Notification System will originate from 69310 for text messages, (712) 555-5555 for voice notifications and noreply@taylorcounty.gov fo email notifications. Please be sure to save these in your phone.
