New Market buys water from Southwest Regional Water District out of Clarinda. They experienced a main break on 1/11/25 effecting 3 townships in Page County and 3 townships in Taylor county, including the town of New Market. The main break has only been temporarily repaired and they have issued a boil order until further notice. Updates will be made as we receive them.
New Market Christmas Celebration

The New Market Foundation is sponsoring the Annual Christmas Celebration on Sunday, December 8th, 2024. The Celebration will be from 5-7pm at the Miner Pavilion and will include a cake walk, soup supper, Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest, Sleigh Rides, and Santa arrives at 6pm. Plan to come join in the fun and celebrate Christmas as a community.

A water main was hit today and there is currently a water outage on the East side of Main Street from 6th St south to the highway. Once the water is back on there will be a Boil Advisory in effect for the affected residents. Thank you for your understanding.
